"The Trafostation" is NOT a building for sims who would like to live in a traditional, lovely, cosy home with a nice garden. This real estate is an old electric and gauge substation, abandoned a few years ago by engineers and now adapted to live in it. So if you're an individualist who's looking for modern and rather extraordinary place to live then search no more!

What you can find in "The Trafostation" is listed below:
  • two bedrooms (one grand and one for guest/kid)
  • two bathrooms
  • an office / work place
  • a spacious living area
  • a kitchen & dining area
  • a party terrace
  • a balcony
  • a small backyard with patio (and a place for tiny swimming pool)
  • a driveway

Of course living in such an unique place isn't cheap. If you want to settle in this unusual location then you must spend 94.641§. Moreover, don't expect something luxurious. The furnishing is very basic and rather minimalistic. Some furniture are just things left by technicians (including a billards pool and drinks cabinet - even engineers have to relax sometimes ). What's prestigious in this lot isn't fine furniture but just the fact of living here!

... Oh, and watch out for a technical installation on the roof!
