When you look at this trim house you can hardly believe that it has almost one hundred years. The last owner - old Mr. Greenman - loved this place and used to put a lot of effort to keep it in good condition. Now when he's gone this house is waiting for new inhabitants who would take care of it.

The property itself, however smaller than other ones in neighbourhood, has three main advantages: neat interior, vast terraces and garden full of tasty fruits.

The house is ready to move in and furnishing is rather modest, but arranged with good taste. However, if you search carefully, you can find some extraordinary things - remainders of old owner's interesting life.

The garden is also not so regular. Between ordinary fruit plants you can come across ones from around the world. So what are you wainting for? Enjoy living here!

When I was creating this lot I had two main ideas in mind: to build a house, that will fit in more rural neighbourhood and would be a bit more grand at the same time. Moreover, I wanted to make a garden full of almost all of the fruit plants that you can find in base game and it's expansions... And all of that on rather small (20x30) lot. You are now looking at the result.

On "The Greenman's Orchard" you can find:
  • 2 bedrooms;
  • 2 bathrooms (one with a laundry machine);
  • a kitchen;
  • a dining room;
  • a living room;
  • a study/reading room;
  • 2 terraces;
  • a storeroom/garage.

The whole lot was playtested and no Custom Content was used to build it.
