Greenwood Estate: A country home nestled among the trees.

I tried to upload this house once before, but it was rejected because of a certain piece of custom content. I got caught up in my studies and didn't have time to re-upload it. That was a year ago, but I have made significant improvements to it over the last few days.

Please be aware that this lot may take a while to place in a neighbourhood due to the level of shrubbery used. Likewise, it also takes time to enter buy/build mode. Be patient.

Also, this house is best suited to 520 Pumpkin Valley Road in Rivertown.
