Hi, and welcome to my first upload... A unique country house designed for a small family. It was built in Sunset Valley at 2200 Pinochle Point.
The costs for the house are as follows:
Furnished: $63, 322
Unfurnished: $33, 679
An open floorplan, with the master bedroom on the first floor.
And the other two bedrooms tucked neatly away upstairs.

Two full bathrooms, each with a shower, tub, toilet, and sink.
Fully functional kitchen, and living room.
A laundry room tucked into the back corner.
Outside features a playground for the children, a fire pit, and two parking spaces.
As for the expansion packs and stuff packs. I have all of them, except for Katy Perry, and am unsure of exactly what I used in this. If you don't have one of the expansions, or stuff packs, I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge issue, but be careful if you do try.
