Kristal Apartment - 4 variants

This second building hoping to meet virtually all requirements.

I worked hard to find this second architectural solution that allows creating several variants of the apartment without requiring changes to the exterior.
I hope that what I was created gladly make as many.

I create 4 variants for living space:

1. Kristal Studio – on the penultimate stage, it’s a studio. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, good for a single or a small family.
2. Kristal 2 – on the penultimate stage, have 2 bedroom and 2 full bath, big livingroom and balconies.
3. Kristal 3 – create on top floor, have 3 bedroom and 2 full bath
4. Kristal 4 – create on top floor, have 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and big livingroom.

I’ll leave you pleasure to decorate your apartment as you like.


The commons area are found on the first floor and ground floor and are the same for all type of apartment,
On the common area of ground floor you can go only with the lift.
Common area that usually contains almost all activities (my style)
-For relaxation, Jacuzzi and inside pool with aquarium windows
-For entertaining, bar. I just gave up musical instruments, always was someone who was noise, but I put the chess area
-For physical, fitness equipment
-For gardening, garden area and cellar to prepare and store nectar
-And not only for children, playground
-Common laundry
