Hello again,
I tried to create a home on a smaller lot (30x20). It was not just easier to systemize common areas to be functional. I managed without to eliminate too many things.
The apartment had 2 bedroom with balconies, 2 full bath, and open kitchen

I have added almost all activities :
Ground floor :
-For relaxation, Jacuzzi and pool. Windows aquarium.
-For entertaining, bar.
-Garden area and barbeque
1st floor :
-For physical, fitness equipment
2nd floor
- For hobby, area to projekt, design and invent.
3rd floor
-Music area
I forgot the common laundry, on the same level with the apartment

If some photos are darker is because the pool is under the building and I could not eliminate shadows
