Miraj Apartment

Hello everybody,

This building hoping to meet virtually all requirements.

I worked a while until I found this architectural solution that allows creating several variants of the apartment without requiring changes to the exterior and I assure you it was not so easy
I hope that what I was created gladly make as many.

I create 4 variants for living space:

1. Miraj 1 – on the penultimate stage, it’s a studio. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, good for a single or a small family.
2. Miraj penthouse – creatde on top floor, have 2 bedroom and 1 full bath, big livingroom and balconies.
3. Miraj extra 3 – on the penultimate stage, have 3 bedroom and 2 full bath and special livingroom
4. Miraj extra 4 – on the penultimate stage, have 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom and big semi open livingroom.

The commons area are found on the ground floor and are the same for all type of apartment, except for the Miraj 1 where I eliminate 2 cars from parking and I put 2 byke and a scooter. (it was to expensive)

On the common area you can go only with the lift.
Common area that usually contains almost all activities (my style)
-For relaxation, Jacuzzi and outside pool with a beautiful coating of flowers
-For entertaining, bar. I just gave up musical instruments, always was someone who was noise, but I put the chess area
-For physical, fitness equipment
-For gardening, garden area and cellar to prepare and store nectar
-And not only for children, playground
-Common laundry

If the apartment you find it too expensive, just remove the cars and the price will drop significantly.
