It is a home for those who love the sea rather than land.
It has the best equipment. The House is lined with teak wood, red varnished.
The ground floor has the navigation panel, the necessary computer for command navigation, satellite internet to keep in touch with the rest of the world, an open kitchen, and sitting area.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a balcony with a telescope for those who would like to explore the sky.
It has a terrace with bar and barbecue area, relaxation, music and games, hobby.
