Here's a huge mansion for your simmies. It might slow down some computers, but it actually worked fine on mine (which is normally pretty slow).

On the second floor you have a bathroom, a guest bedroom, a room for a young girl, and a room for a young boy. (All bedrooms have walk-in closets and restrooms).
Outside there's a patio with BBQ/grill area, a pool, and a playground for the kiddies. So it has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The lot size is 50x50. The price is §225,093 furnished, §105,127 unfurnished. It requires World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, and Outdoor Living Stuff.
