So, last week my family and I went to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, US for vacation. I saw some amazing houses, and this was one I wanted to share. =)

It includes: three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a pool with a hot tub island in the middle, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room, laundry room, family room, master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, study with reading nook and bookshelves, wraparound decks, a room for 2 children (bunk beds), a room for a baby or toddler, an unfurnished room on the ground floor, a back patio with bbq, an outdoor shower and fish cleaning area (just for looks since the houses always have them--I'm pretty sure you don't need to clean the fish in the Sims), and 2 garages for 2 cars.

It was playtested and it worked fine. It requires World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, and Outdoor Living Stuff. Lot size is 40 x 40. It costs §175, 601 furnished, §75,936 unfurnished.
