This is a specially built community lot for your alien fanatic Sims. Introducing an unidentified flying object from the folks at NCI:



Explore the insides of this massive flying space craft, see what activities await your Sims. It's been docked for some time on columns, and trees surround its perimeter. This craft has several examination rooms (or as they're called, "Game Rooms") near the hallways, for experimentation of Sim human (or other) species. This classic disk design (rather than the cigar shaped/cone shaped/triangular shaped varieties) can be your Sim's for purchase, or for their visiting enjoyment. Careful of the radiation from the control room, lol.
