This is the first of many lots that'll be featured on Mod The Sims in the future (hopefully! LOL), brought to you by Neighborhood Consolidation Incorporated (hence the acronym NCI).



This wonderfully crafted building will be a good addition to your neighborhood. It's great for Sims to hang around and play games in the old, but refurbished, train coaches. This building has many of the necessities you can find in a home, but without beds. Your Sims can stay for a long time by enjoying a hot espresso beverage in the dining car, delectable food from the dining car's kitchen grill, a fun gaming atmosphere in the 2nd coach, and showers and bathrooms in the station. And before you leave, come spend some simoleons by purchasing new clothes, jewelry, or perfumes and colognes.

Enjoy the visit! It'll definitely be a place to come again!
