Below is a list of places featuring talk of these Investment Certificates. Go check out the links to see what people are doing or saying about these objects!

Do your Sims have tons of cash lying around but have no where else to invest it in? Well we have the solution for you!

Introducing...investment certificates! These risky financial instruments are presented to you from the good (and mysterious) folks at The Sims World Bank (LLC). Its value changes daily, so be prepared to make a fortune or go broke! They're an alternative to buying real estate. Now you can invest with SimCity companies while diversifying your risk away (BUT not in businesses throughout your game, unfortunately). These certificates look great when hung on your walls.

These come in different denominations.

If your Sim is flat broke, then maybe a §1,000 certificate is the way to go. If your Sim is a little more well off, then the ordinary amount of §5,000 can suit you best:

If your Sim has a lot of money and likes gambling, your Sim can try §10,000 certificates. And if your Sim is so filthy rich, that they can afford to flush money down the toilet, then shoot the works for §25,000 certificates:

So enjoy investing with firms through The Sims World Bank, a network of banks ready to serve you in any SimNation aroud the world.

These certificates are authorized for issuance to the general Sim public. Not insured against losses. Purchase at your own risk. Consult a certified financial advisor to assess you Sim's financial needs and prospects.

**NOTE**
The picture frame design came from The Sims 2 Mansion & Garden Stuff Pack, however I attempted to export the design from the game as a .obj file, then imported it into a decorative wall painting from The Sims 2 base game. Please test it in the base game and leave comments to confirm if the painting works or doesn't work. Thanks.

**UPDATE (1)**
New Simlish meshes (not recolors a few hours ago) of the investment certificates, along with new finance minister signature. The new meshes are "Series 2" investments and DO NOT need the main ("Series 1") meshes to work. Therefore if you prefer Simlish text, you may remove the English version from your Downloads folder and install the Simlish version. It will NOT overwrite any previous placements of the download.
