Rose Cottage

This is a 3 bedroom cottage, decorated in a cottage style. Downstairs there is a living room with doors leading off to the garden, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is a bathroom, Master bedroom and 2 children’s bedrooms.

Outside the garden is mainly laid to lawn with a few trees to give shade. There is a patio area off of the living room and a swing set for the children.

To the front of the house the driveway space has been gravelled over ready for the driveway to be placed. The garden is entered through the archway.

There is plenty of room to expand if you so wish.
