Compact Victorian Cottage is a small family home. I made this from an online house plan. Here is a link to the plan:

Features I added to the outside of this house are a 2 spot driveway, landscaping, and a swingset.

The first floor has a living room, ½ bath, kitchen and dining room. Stairs lead to the second floor from the dining room.



The second floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds, and a full bath. In the hall is a desk and chair.



I used no CC for this build.
