Here is another modern house for your sims. The sim builders struggled mightily trying to build quarter walls that wouldn't warp around roof areas in order to make livable outdoor space. They say that necessity is the mother of invention, however cheesy, so they came up with the Decorative Quater Wall sculpture to connect cfe quarter walls to full walls. It was also used especially around the back deck next to the pool for anyone who wishes closer scrutiny. It snaps nicely to grid, but does need move_objects on to place.

Having disclosed the fake quarter wall connector, other features of this house are 3 airy bedrooms, 3.5 baths, tile floors throughout, open concept living and dining, base game garage for car or added space, pool, and as mentioned lots of outdoor living space in the form of roof, balconies, and decks.
