This modern cube has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and dining, living room with fireplace, sunroom, pool and jacuzzi. The house would be great for roommates since the bedrooms are large and each one has a private balcony. I always like to make friends with a maid or gardener, not the usual townies and have them move in as roommates!
