First of all, a big thanks to Numenor for his AnyGame Starter, allowing me to create this starter in a Base game No CC Environment.




This charming Starter House has 2 stories. It has a kitchen bath and bedroom, with an open plan living area. It features space to the back of the lot, so there is plenty of room for expansion.
It is on a 2x2 lot, and costs just £19,963. It is well furnished, meaning that it is very much ready to be moved into and lived in.
