This house is called "The Quaint Birch Residence" and it costs just £43,132 furnished and £28,093 unfurnished (what!? So cheap!).

Hopefully you guys can get some use out of this - it's mostly suitable for a couple, but there is a spare bedroom in the basement for a child to occupy if needs be. Thank you.
