So... yeah. This is a leisure centre - the 5th installment of the Crumbletop Lane series - the first community lot!

--Playtested: Yup (and with Don lothario
)--Base Game?: Indeed!
--Pools: 3 (2 outdoor, 1 indoor)
--Stores: A grocery store >;D
--Parking: Yup, 3 spaces and then the road (yeah, ok... lol, the parking spaces are for decoration
)--Toilets: Yup, on the way to the indoor pool (I tried to replicate changing rooms...)
