#19 CrumbleTop Lane, -Starter Lot- (Base Game, No CC) + Walk-Out Basement!

First of all, AnyGame Starter was used to create this in a Base Game and no CC environment, so thank you to Numenor for that.

So, my external disk drive FIIINAAALLY arrived, so I can now upload this! I actually built this a very long time ago (well, just after #18 was uploaded), but now it can finally be in all of your games.
It is a Wonderfull starter lot that features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area; and what it also features is a walk-in basement - currently, yes, it is empty however it does provide space to expand your family. There is also space at the back of the house for expension, so you need never move out. :p
