Greetings! ^^ First-time uploader here. I thought it was about time I de-lurk and step out of the shadows (ack, nooooo...sunshine bad!) Having downloaded oodles of stuff from here, I felt I should give something back to the community. So, after nearly 3 weeks of hair tearing, eye straining, and brain racking, Anashtabu Apartments was born.
Basically, what we have here is a four-plex, with 2 units on the first floor and another 2 units on the second. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and 2 patios (front and back). The floorplan and furnishings are the same for each apartment. The only rooms that share a wall are one of the bathrooms, so you won't have much issues with noise (unless your pixel dollies like to sleep in the bathtub XD).
Obviously, you're going to need the AL expansion to play this lot. I've also used some stuff from M&G, but you may be able to get by without it; you'll just be missing some landscaping, I think.
Rent is 2,114 ~ 2,126. Not too shabby but not budget-breaking. For those of you who don't know, here's how to rent an apartment furnished (from SimsWiki.info):
CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.

I play-tested a clone of this lot for one game week. I didn't notice any problems, but if you do, please let me know. And since I'm really new at content-creating, feel free to leave constructive criticism and/or advice (naturally, compliments are also welcome ;D). Thanks for reading!
