3 Houses as Apartments -- No CC

This is a lot with three houses zoned as apartments. The lot size is 6x2 which is not one of the choices below, so I selected medium. This lot is custom content free, all three houses are fully furnished, and the rent (or mortgage, as I like to think of it) is $4,383--$4,801. They contain little gardens in the front (that the landlord will tend to) and small, fenced-in backyards. The backs of the houses are built with siding, not brick, because this is how developers save money and how many cheaply built brick houses are made nowadays.

I originally wanted a lot with many houses because my aunt lives in a development where the homes are closed together and all look the same. I wanted my neighborhood to look densely populated with houses like I see in these types of developments. I tend to build my sc4 terrains with the roads too far apart, so the sections of my hoods were always empty (or filled in with trees). I searched for a lot with a bunch of houses, but could never find one, so I built it myself. It turned out that a huge lot with 8 houses was a little laggy to play, so I modified it to just contain the front 3 houses.
