Maxis Makeover - Visionary Villa - No CC!

Move your sims into a lovely villa possibly situated in the hills with plenty of trees. The inviting front garden leads up to the front porch and side yard. A freshwater lake fills the rear yard which is overlooked by a deck on each level. All this fully furnished with 6 bedrooms, plenty of living areas and no custom content!



On the main level is access to two different living areas, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, bathroom, reading room and hall. Two glass doors on either side of the house lead out onto the rear deck. A driveway and an open garage allow space for two vehicles with quick access to front and rear decks.

At the top of the staircase on the second level is an opening to the multi-story window and living room below. Four of the main bedrooms are also located on this level with access to a bathroom and toilet in the hall.

The 3rd level is left entirely for the master retreat for a quiet place to relax. Front and rear balconies provide views out onto the lake and front garden. The master retreat also has plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite.

Below all of the other levels is the basement which is completely livable containing a rumpus room, second kitchen / bar, second tv area, 6th bedroom, and a mini arcade. The mini arcade can easily be converted into a bathroom for the basement if needed. The basement does include working windows!! (This was a major improvement as the entire foundation needed to be raised.)

This maxis renovation took quite some time but was well worth the result. As mentioned above the foundation needed adjusting to let light into the basement. Gardens were added with plenty of trees to keep this villa surrounded by nature. The original floor plan was altered to improve game play. And lastly, the third level was added to convert the small cottage appeal to a large, luxurious villa.
