Fully furnished house for a single sim. You could probably expand the second floor a bit to make room for another single bed, however I don't recommend it! :D
I always loved making houses with a limited budget and it's a challenge making it comfy and still not too expensive. Took some time to figure out how to build and furnish this, but I think it came out quite good.
