notes:
--the paperboy will complain a little, but ultimately drop the newspapers on the corner of the lot closest to the mailbox.

--if you place this on a 10x10 lot, make sure it's a flat lot! otherwise the mailbox and trash can will rearrange themselves, possibly into places where they won't work. (you can move them yourself, but it may take some doing to get them to a spot where they're usable. the landscaping leaves very little room for error.)
