Try to live with a small amount of space in this house that only has a living space of 5x5 squares in total, yet is fully functional! Furnished for one Sim and working great as a starter home, this house has been playtested and is fully functional. The small bathroom will have no problem with Sims using the shower thanks to DasMatze2's Corner Shower removing that little problem. The lot itself is 10x10, so there is a little room for expansion, if you so wish for it.

Requires Generations, Seasons and Island Paradise.
