Based on a house I lived in long ago, this is a house for any neighborhood. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the bedrooms has its own entrance and could be used for a live-in nanny or maid. Lots of flowers and shrubs might be a gardening nightmare but they do add to the rural feel of the house. The lot I built this house on was completely flat, but I used the elevation tool to raise the area where the house is built. I tested the lot on various locations and it did not cause tears to other lots.
