Hopefully, you have Apartment Life and can convert these to functioning apartments. It should be easy as each apartment only has one entrance. This place is inspired by some gorgeous apartments I saw in Oceanside, California where everywhere you looked was a beautiful view, either ocean or garden. The rushing water and gorgeous flowers truly made the grounds seem like a paradise. This lot is of course big and bulky but I play tested with three tenants and it worked fine on my computer. Of course, I only have base game installed. You could cut back some of the landscaping to make the lot easier to play. Also, it's kind of hard to keep track of where your sims are, but if you like a challenge, this should be fun! Apartment Life would solve that problem though!
