For working sims who want to be close to downtown and still have grass and trees around them, the Urban Villa Apartments should fit the bill. Each apartment is two stories, fully furnished, and has its own balcony. Common areas include rental office with free coffee and sparkling, shady pool. These base game apartments should be convertible to real apartments with Apartment Life ep. Parking in front is for effect only. Plant grass if preferred!
