It is a modern villa just outside, the inside is more of a country house.
It is built for a numerous family. Have you more children? Put bunk beds in your room.
Let the Sun and light to penetrate into the spacious living room that is 2 level opened.
Everything is in sight and we have even an open kitchen
Outside there are all the amenities of an expensive housing. A swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue and space for gardening
Basement with space for sport and fun.
I built the fence because I don't want zombies on the property.

I included in the .rar the packages with CC used to build this house. The CC are only windows.
The family is moved and the furniture not to her liking? Change it. Decorating missing or do not like? Arrange the home to their liking.

Note: Build with Seasons 1.42 installed.
