Update 12/16/2012: It was brought to my attention that the mailbox was inaccessible. This is because there was a tiny divider running along in front of it. I have moved the mailbox so it is now in front of the stairs leading up to the stoop. You can either redownload the lot or move the box yourself using moveobjects on. Sorry about that!
