Is your single Sim looking for an affordable little place to call his or her own? Do you have a young couple living from paycheck to paycheck who could use some classy accommodations on a budget? This is the place for them. A trim, neat little house with a furnished kitchen and bathroom (but no other furnishings to cramp their style), 1 Chrysanthemum Circle will be a blank slate for them to build upon.



This house has one bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor is a kitchen and dining nook, living space, a compact study, and the bathroom. On the second floor is additional living space and the bedroom, which fits a double bed.

It includes a smoke alarm (in the custom stove hood); a phone; a garbage can and sink in the kitchen; a toilet, a shower, and a sink in the bathroom; and lights throughout. No other furniture.

Update 12/16/2012: It was brought to my attention that the mailbox was inaccessible. This is because there was a tiny divider running along in front of it. I have moved the mailbox so it is now in front of the stairs leading up to the stoop. You can either redownload the lot or move the box yourself using moveobjects on. Sorry about that!
