Or maybe your elders are just looking for a sunny little place in which to enjoy their remaining days. Whatever the case, this tiny, charming, fully-furnished house is just the thing for you. Its footprint is compact, and its exterior couldn't be lovelier.



Downstairs you'll find a kitchen, dining nook, compact bathroom, and small sitting area. Upstairs is a comparatively spacious bedroom with desk, tv, bookshelf, and couch, plus a private balcony.

The house contains a phone, smoke alarm (in custom stove hood), and burglar alarm (behind the fridge). There is no garbage disposal except for the outside garbage can. There are lights well-placed throughout. It is completely furnished for comfortable living for one or two Sims, but does not include all skill-building objects. I recommend MATY's Community Skilling hack for skilling outside the home lot.
