3 Chrysanthemum Circle (narrow, compact unfurnished 1BD, 1BR)

The third house on Chrysanthemum Circle is a little stone-and-siding one-story home. It features a driveway, one bedroom with attached balcony, one bathroom, a small living area, and a (comparatively) spacious kitchen. While it would quickly get cramped if more than two Sims were to live in it, a single Sim or a couple will find it airy, open, and quite big enough for their needs.



This house is unfurnished. It includes a complete kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, fire alarm (behind the fridge), and decorative cabinets; a bathroom with toilet, sink, mirror, and tub/shower; a phone; and lights throughout. The bathroom and kitchen windows have blinds for privacy.

I don't remember which things came with which stuff packs, so I'm not positive that all of those listed are needed. Definitely M&G because of the roof angle adjustments, but beyond that I don't know. If you're missing a stuff pack (NOT an expansion pack), you could try it and see if it works.
