Sims Life Age Mod Version 4 is ready

- Tested: Sims 3 Seasons friendly ! -

Sims Life Age Mod (SLAM) provides multiple aging lengths suited to most styles of gameplay. Ranging from 25 Sim days to over 1600 Sim days.

For those of you already familiar with SLAM, and those of you not, you will notice that this .rar has a lot more packages than the original. I took all files from pandora_blue_girl and correct the missing parts for Sims 3 Seasons.

For the packages that enabled long life for Supernaturals I mutiply the EA by the factor 5 (EA x5) and Simbots won't die.
So the Supernaturals have the following longer lifes as normal Sims:

Supernatural - EA Life - Factor - LongLife Supernaturals
Witches - 2 - 5 - 10
Vampire - 5 - 5 - 25
Mummy - 5 - 5 - 25
Unicorn - 3 - 5 - 15
Fairy - 5 - 5 - 25
Werewolf - 1.5 - 5 - 7.5
Genie - 2 - 5 - 10


Here is a breakdown of each set of Folders:

RL+NLMummies+Bots- These files are Real Life with EA 28% Stagger and EA Life span Mummies and Simbots.

Real Life + No CAS Stagger
RL+NoCAS+LLMummies+Bots- Real Life with No CAS age stagger, and long life Mummies and Simbots.
RL+NoCAS+NLMummies+Bots- Real Life, No CAS age stagger, and Normal EA lifetime for Mummies and Simbots.

Standard+LLMummies+Bots- Standard EA style life stages with Long Life Mummies and Simbots. Up to 28% CAS age stagger.
Standard+NLMummies+Bots- Standard EA life stages with Normal Life for Mummies and Bots. Up to 28% CAS age stagger.

Standard+NoCAS+LLMummies+Bots- Standard EA life stages with No CAS age stagger and Long Life Mummies and Simbots.

Each of these folders contains 10 packages:

1: "Pico" - shortest life span
2: "Nano"
3: "Micro"
4: "Centi"
5: "Deka"
6: "Kilo"
7: "Mega"
8: "Giga"
9: "Terra"
10: "Peta" - longest life span for almost immortal Sims.



Pick just one file that will work for your style of gameplay install and go!
They produce no scripts, so there is no need to clear out caches when you replace one file with another.

To correct these packages I used Postal. I tested some of these in game and ran into no complications, but if you have any problems, please PM me !


I am running Sims 3, all expansions and just missing Katy Perry's Stuff, fully updated with AwesomeMod.

It is an XML tuning mod of the Aging Manager file and should be compatible with all core mods. It will probably not be compatible with other mods that make changes to the Aging Manager file.

Install instructions:

Unzip files and pick the one you want to use.
Place in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\

Note:

If you use one of the NoCAS files you do not need to use the

• No CAS Age Stagger (by Rothchild)

• No CAS Age Staggering (by SAS_Chester)
