So I wanted to create something traditional but still modern in way idk. I ended up with this a contemporary bungalow 3 bedroom home. There is a master bedroom a children's bedroom and nursery which is big enough to later be converted to a child/teen room. There is a bathroom attached to the master bedroom and 1 1/2 additional bathrooms.

*If you notice there is an additional room off of the first floor bathroom, it was meant to be a laundry room but I hate doing laundry in real life and in the Sims, so I converted into a little work-out room.*

I don't normally like to use CC but no other stairs really worked for me for this home.
