I wanted to build a nice two flat that had the illusion of being a single home and I think I accomplished that with this home. Each floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and laundry room. This apartment does require Late Night and Ambitions, however I did use University it's just not absolutely required (I only used buy objects that can easily be replaced). This apartment works great with University and really can be blended into any neighborhood. Now the first floor is fully furnished, but the second floor's bedrooms are left undone so that you can edit them how you want if your Sims need different accommodations.
