Living Large on a Tiny 1x1 Lot3

This is a third version of my Living Large on a tiny 1x1 Lot residential home. A rare find (could be the only one so far) 1x1 lot house with 2 full baths.

This tiny house was built according to the specifications of a young couple in my neighborhood who insisted on having a car park, a ground pool, a loft style living/dining area on the second floor overlooking the pool, 2 full baths, and a rooftop garden/recreation area to do morning exercise on weekdays and to hold dancing or cook out party on weekends. In addition, they wanted the house to be built with quality construction materials, because they planned on living there a very very long time, they said: “Build us a home so that we don’t have to move again.” I said I could try but it is not going to be cheap, do you have simoleons? They told me not to worry, because their parents stuffed enough valuable sculptures (which can be sold for simoleons) in their inventory before they grew up.

Time flies, several sims weeks later when I ran into the same couple in the Botanical Garden in downtown, they had a boy! “How did you do that? On a tiny 1x1 lot?” I asked. “That’s easy. We knocked down the 2-tile sliding door closet to put the kid’s bed there, and got a smaller chest-of-drawers put by the bathroom. Hey, you know sims kids grow up so fast, before you realize they already want to move out, I will then have my big closet back.” I suppose most things are possible if one has enough determination.

I have all EPs and SPs except Seasons and Holidays. As seen on the pictures, outdoor space is utilized to place the spiral stairs system to conserve the interior space. This design is not Seasons friendly in a way that sims have to go outside to get to each floor. But then you benefit more with rooftop gardening if you have Seasons.

For those who have fancier cars than the one I have, simply sell this one and replace with yours. Note, you do not need to use the move_objects on cheat to place the car on the driveway extension (however, you do need the move_objects on cheat to replace the driveway extension if you wish to do so).

An identical structure (pictures shown below) is fully tested for 6 sims weeks. Everything functions properly.

Note: The zip file I give you here is a clean original, never had any sims before, you will have to move your own sims in to play it.

Note 1: You need Numenor's Color Enable Package (CEP) in order for the Maxis’ Embrasure by Ergo OFB window frame to show up in white color, if not, these window frames will be red, however, it won’t affect the game play at all.

Note 2: This is a genuine 1x1 lot, it was built without using the LotExpanderMod or the LotAdjusterMod.
