Looks Like a Regular Home but It’s a Starter, What a Steal!

Every sim has to start somewhere unless (s)he has a rich parent to help out. With only 20,000 simoleons, what are you going to get? Ha, you can get a great deal at Harmony Hills, a 2-story house with 164 squares of living space inside the house on a 3x2 lot with lots of interior and exterior space for expanding as your family grow, no kidding!



I have an active sims family with one dog and one cat living in the exact copy of the same house for at least 7 weeks. They have turned their starter home into their dream home a while ago. Since my sims adored this house, I thought maybe I could share it at MTS.

Note: The zip file I give you here is a clean original, never had any sims before, you will have to move your own sims in to play it.
