Living Large on a Tiny 1x1 Lot

The First Ever Built 1x1 Lot Containing All These 3 Elements: A Car Park, a Garden, and a Rooftop Swimming Pool!

As my neighborhood grows, less and less ground is available to build houses on even a small lot, I often found gaps in between houses just enough for a mini lot. I began being interested in building smaller and smaller houses for my sims. However, this particular family (a retired couples with a cat) told me exactly what they cannot live without even on a tiny lot, I then had to squeeze my brain juice to come up with such design for them, or they would have refused to move in… (okay, I made up that part)

An identical structure shown in the pictures below has been fully tested for 3-sims weeks with 2 retired seniors and a working cat.

I have all EPs and SPs except Seasons and Holidays. I tried to minimize the use of custom content as much as possible. This house is furnished with maxis’ furniture, I am sure once you have replaced some of maxis’ furniture with the custom ones, the place will look even more attractive.

For those who have fancier cars than the one I have, simply sell this one and replace with yours. Note, you do not need to use the move_objects on cheat to place the car on the driveway extension (however, you do need the move_objects on cheat to replace the driveway extension), although it is partially blocked by the glass fence, car park there is still fully functional, both the driver and the passenger were able to get in and out and to go places and back in my game.

Note: The zip file I give you here is a clean original, never had any sims before, you will have to move your own sims in to play it.

Note 1: Roddyaleixo’s invisible driveway extension is used in my house, somehow it failed to package together with the lot, the game automatically replaces it with a default visible driveway extension, if you want to have an invisible driveway, get it here.

Note 2: This is a genuine 1x1 lot, it was built without using the LotExpanderMod or the LotAdjustorMod..
