Pets Don't Eat Plants *1.63 Compatible*

If you have Pets, you've probably noticed that animals, most especially horses, really, REALLY like to eat your garden plants (which, of course, always destroys the plant.)

I do a TON of gardening in my game, and having to put my garden in a big fenced in area was tedious and annoying, so this was a behaviour that drove me absolutely insane. Thus, I came up with this simple little fix. This changes the "Eat (Plant)" interaction to non-autonomous, so pets can still eat plants if you direct them to, but they will not do it on their own.

This is NOT any kind of core mod, it is only a simple tuning tweak. The only file this changes is "EatFromHarvestPlantPet_HarvestPlant", so there should be no incompatibilities or other such issues.

Obviously, if you don't have Pets, you don't need this. This is fully compatible with 1.63 and all EPs, but it should be compatible with older patches, as I don't believe they've ever made any changes to this file.
