No autonomous Go Home for horses

This Mod disables the Go Home interaction for horses. I am keeping all of my horses in a stable on a Community Lot (Locked in with Nraas Go Here Testing and before i was switching to that i was using NonaMena's Lock Community Doors Mod). I would frequently get errors about stuck horses, because they were trying to return to their home lot and could not. Since I have disabled the Go Home function I no longer get those Stuck Horses Errors.

This Mod modifies the GoHome_Lot ITUN file and will conflict with other Mods editing the same file.
