Simply put, this is a cosy little home for that loner, fisher sim you have To enter the home your sim can cross the bridge and climb the various stairs or he can simply ignore them and sprint on up to the house. Lots of fishing spots ( I didn't place any fishing spawners in case they were game breaking for some of you, you can add whatever you want yourself via the BuyDeBug menu). There is also space to grown fruit and veggies if you want to. I have concentrated a great deal on the garden as that's my favorite part of building and I hope you like it.


Although it looks like two floors high, the home is actually only one floor high, as the kitchen is technically in the foundation! The home sits surrounded by pond, so I imagine that kitchen must get damp!

There are two versions of this house. Version one is custom content free and version two has three gables from Dragon Valley on the house, but that's the only difference between the two. Please choose the version that suits your game.
