Sleepless in Seattle Tom Hanks Houseboat

I have dreamed last night that I was sleeping in this house ... I still dreaming to sleep in that house… in real life… but it’s only a dream…
I tried to reproduce the boathouse of Tom Hanks located in Seattle… I never seen the house, I found the photos on internet.
Inside is only my imagination. I build 3 bedroom, 4 bath, and almost all other room like open space.

Build with patch 1.55 and University EP (I have all EP and SP less Island Paradise) but the objects used are from Pets, Generation, Season and University, Even if you don't have the EP that I used, the objects will be replaced by Base Game objects.
This is a lacustrian house, and I will never be able to build this house like a really houseboat, seeing the pre-made lot dimensions of houseboat on the new EP (founded on thesims3 site)
Do the technical limitation of the games, the house can’t be reproduced 100%.

The only CC used and included in rar as sim3Pack are 2 windows located on the front side of house (second level)
