This is my second houseboat, more bigger and luxury than my first houseboat.

The new houseboat is expensive like Onassis yacht… but it worth, because is big and can be occupied by a big family or by many guests. Think about what party you can hold on the terrace….
It is huge. It has 3 floors, has 2 master bedrooms, 2 children/teen rooms, a nursery 3 full bath+ 1 „two in one” bath. It also has a terrace for barbecue and entertainment. It’s very expensive, but it has almost all the facilities.
The houseboat is modern and is ready for launch on the water. It is built of teak wood special varnished.

Note: Build with Island Paradise and University installed (missing the box to upload sheet).
To show up all the objects you need NL, Generation, Season, University and IP installed.
My game is patched to 1.55.
