Here I bring to you my first lot creation: Medera 101.
A minimalistic house (thanks to Volvenom for pointing that out
)
It has 3 bed, 2 1/2 baths,a BBQ and massage area near the pool. It has an open terrace with a pool table for entertaining you Sims
The master bed has a walking closet, a HUGE bath adapt for 3 sims, a reading/relaxing area, and a baby area.
The garage is for 2 cars and has a developing skills area
All the middle part of the house has a skyline roof and the view from the living is amazing!
I put a lot of effort in making this house so I hope you like it and that your Sims enjoy it
