I've always had a Thing with a capital T for tree houses….









Built with game patched to 1.55 and scoured with Delphy's Sims3PackCleaner (Custard) to make it shiny new, this little Asian fusion house is perfect for one or two sims just starting out. It's especially nice for sims with the angler trait. The house was play tested for about one sim week, and any problems that cropped up were (I hope) corrected already.
