This large model became the home of Maria Fishbourne who moved to Berry Bay to get away from it all. She couldn't resist the appeal of being at water's edge. She is also hoping to get a couple of roommates since the house has 2 bedrooms each with private bath, and an attic apartment with kitchenette. The lot is small with not too much gardening, ideal for young sims working on careers. The house I uploaded is exactly like Maria's, and she and no other sim has ever been there.
