They say sims like lots of windows and light so this house strives for that. This is my first venture into recoloring and white is the easiest! It does make the house seem spacious I think. This house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, nice big living areas including study, and large yard with lots of flowering shrubs and a cozy hottub. You may have to help your sim with gardening! Hope your sims like the cozy, cheery look!
