This house is another floor plan by Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. which he calls Thatcher but I call Sunview to go with Sunspring in Berry Bay (terrain by TotallySimsCrazy). This is a large, family friendly home with 6 bedrooms and large bonus room with enough space for 2 more. There are 3 bathrooms on the ground floor and 1 in the attic. Your sims will have two living areas, kitchen with nook, formal dining, and large covered patio.

The unfurnished, no cc version is priced at 95,387.

Come to Berry Bay and make it a happy place.
